Governance Committee
A board committee (often combined with the nominating committee) responsible for overseeing corporate governance practices, developing governance policies, managing board composition and succession, and leading the director nomination process. The governance committee ensures that the board operates effectively by conducting board evaluations, recommending governance improvements, and monitoring compliance with governance codes and best practices.
