How fast until I’m productive?

Do I need integrations to start?
No. Start with structured templates (Liquidity, ARR/MRR, Headcount) and add integrations later.
Who counts as a “user”?
Anyone with login access to a board (directors, observers, counsel, relevant executives).
How is billing calculated?
Seat-based. Your price is determined by the highest number of active users (seats) used during a billing cycle.
When do plan changes take effect?
Seat changes apply at the start of your next renewal. We don’t prorate mid-cycle.
What happens if I add or remove users mid-cycle?
Use any number of seats during the month. Your next invoice reflects the seats used by renewal; current cycle billing doesn’t change.
What if my seat count drops before renewal?
Your lower seat count will apply at the next billing cycle. Nothing changes mid-cycle.
What happens if I exceed my seat limit?
We start a 7-day grace period so you can keep moving. After 7 days, your board stays readable, and new invites/edits are paused until you upgrade your plan.

Can I export my data?
