Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every board gets a 14-day free trial with full access—no credit card required.
Can I try it without signing up?
Yes. Explore the live demo—no signup required.
How does pricing work?
$30/seat/month, per board. Each board is billed separately with a minimum of 3 seats ($90/board). A seat is any user who accepted a board invite and hasn't been removed.
How is billing calculated?
Peak billing: we charge for the highest number of seats your board had during the previous cycle. Add or remove seats anytime—no mid-cycle charges, no proration.
What if I add seats mid-cycle?
Add as many as you need. No charge until your next invoice, which reflects the peak count from the cycle that just ended.
What if I remove seats mid-cycle?
Remove anytime. No refunds for the current cycle, but your next invoice only reflects what you actually used.
What happens if my payment fails?
We'll notify you and give you a 7-day grace period with full access. If payment isn't resolved, your board enters read-only mode until you update payment.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime and keep full access through the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
What happens to inactive boards?
Boards without an active subscription for 90+ days receive a deletion warning. After 30 days without action, the board is permanently deleted. Export your data anytime.
Can I transfer board ownership?
Yes. Owners can transfer ownership to another user. The new owner takes over billing responsibility starting the next cycle.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Not yet. We're keeping it simple for now—monthly billing only.
Do you offer discounts for multiple boards?
Each board is billed independently. We are happy to discuss with VCs and family offices who manage and own 10 boards or more.
