What counts as a board?

One board with all its committees included — finance, governance, ad-hoc groups, all of it. Additional boards are billed as additional units, so a federation or fiscal sponsor running several boards simply pays per board.

How does the nonprofit discount work?

Enter your EIN and we check it automatically against IRS records of 501(c)(3) organizations — one field, no paperwork, no phone call. Verification happens during your trial and your $74/month rate locks in before the first charge. If your status can't be verified, you simply stay on the standard plan.

Can I cancel anytime?

What happens to our data if we cancel?

Billing details: what happens to inactive boards?

Boards without an active subscription for 90+ days receive a deletion warning. After 30 days without action, the board is permanently deleted. Export your data anytime — export is always free.

Billing details: can I transfer board ownership?

Yes. Owners can transfer ownership to another user. The new owner takes over billing responsibility starting the next cycle.
