How it works
One board cycle, start to finish.
Build the packet. Send one link. Run the meeting. File the minutes. Here is what each step looks like — and exactly what is automated today.
The month before the meeting, and the week after it.
Four steps. You stay in charge of every one of them; the busywork inside them is what goes away.
Step 1: Build the board packet
Pull the agenda, the treasurer's report, program updates and committee attachments into one packet — in an afternoon, not a weekend. The people who owe you a section get reminded automatically; you get the finished packet, not the chase. AI drafts the narrative sections you ask for, from 80% done rather than a blank page.
Step 2: Send it — directors click, no logins
Every director gets a zero-login link. They open the packet on any device and read it. No passwords to reset the night before, no app to install — the least technical director sets the bar for adoption, and this clears it.
Step 3: Run the meeting
Everyone works from the same packet, and decisions and action items are captured as they happen — with an owner and a date — instead of being reconstructed afterward from memory.
Step 4: Minutes filed, follow-ups visible
Minutes get finished while the meeting is fresh, from the decisions already captured, and filed in a searchable archive. Action items stay visible until the next meeting. The archive exports in full, free, forever.
Every cycle, without you
Three things happen on their own.
Set the board up once. From then on these run every cycle while you do the actual job.
Reminders to contributors
Whoever owes a section is reminded on a schedule — three reminders over ten days — then it stops. You see who has delivered without sending a single email.
AI drafts of the narrative
The executive director's report, the finance summary, the section intros — drafted inside the packet from the numbers already in it. You edit; you have the last word.
The archive
Every packet, decision and set of minutes is filed and searchable the moment it exists. Nothing to file by hand, nothing lost when a volunteer secretary rotates off.
Who this is for
Executive directors
You staff the board on top of running the organization. The packet comes together in an afternoon and goes out as one link; you walk into the meeting having read it, not having built it at midnight.
Board chairs and secretaries
The chair gets a packet on time and a meeting that starts from the same page. The secretary gets minutes finished while the meeting is fresh — not a week after it.
Operations managers and bookkeepers
You assemble the packet and chase the numbers today. Your accounting or donor tools can push data straight in through the API, so nobody retypes a figure. Optional, and invisible to the board.
Optional: connect your own tools
Your bookkeeper's tools can push data straight in
The same board you see in the web app, reachable from Claude Code, Cursor, or any MCP client — for the one person on staff who wants it. Nobody else has to know it exists.

Product FAQs
Do our directors need accounts?
No. Directors get a zero-login link by email and open the packet on any device. No passwords, no app to install, nothing to reset the night before the meeting.
What exactly is automated, and what is not?
Automated: reminders to the people who owe you a section (three over ten days, then it stops), AI drafts of the narrative sections you ask for, and the archive that files every packet, decision and set of minutes. Not automated: nobody else runs your meeting, the minutes are finished by a person from the decisions captured in the room, and you approve the packet before it goes out.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most boards send their first packet the same day. Create the board and its committees, add directors, set the meeting date, upload what you have. There is nothing to integrate.
What happens to our minutes and packets if we leave?
You take everything. Full-archive export is free, forever — every packet, every minute, every decision. Your minutes are your permanent legal record and they belong to your organization.
What does it cost?
$149/month flat per board, or $74/month for EIN-verified 501(c)(3) nonprofits. Every director and every committee included. Monthly, no contract. Free until after your next board meeting, up to 60 days, no card. Full details on the pricing page.
Is it secure enough for board materials?
Encrypted at rest and in transit, role-based access, version history, and API tokens you can revoke instantly. See our Security page for the details a vendor form asks for.
