Why is structure more important than just sharing files? ▼
AI can't generate reliable board insights from messy, unstructured decks. ImBoard's Reports are built on strict, consistent data schemas (for Sales, Finance, HR, etc.). This structure is the value; it eliminates ambiguity and provides the clean, auditable data necessary for automated, trustworthy analysis.
Will my directors adopt it? ▼
Directors get an invite to your board hub. Access is account-based—no public links—so every view is in the audit log. Prefer offline? Export the same version as a PDF.
Do I need integrations? ▼
No. Start by uploading docs and filling the guided pack; add integrations later if you want automation.
Why no public read-only links? ▼
Board materials are sensitive. We don’t do anonymous links. Account-based access gives read receipts, version certainty, and an audit trail investors actually appreciate.
Can I export? ▼
